y did the chickens cross the road?

Hi, These 2 chickens were found in the middle of a busy intersection. The rescuers looked for houses, farms, etc and couldn't find their family. So they took them home. They still had some chick feathers about 3 weeks ago. They were given to me yesterday. They look similiar to my 3 month Rhode Island Reds, but feel heavier & have yellow feet. Can you help me identify their breed? Thanks!http://s197.photobucket.com/albums/aa164/psimek/?action=view&current=chickens003.jpg
http://s197.photobucket.com/albums/aa164/psimek/?action=view&current=chickens002.jpg
http://s197.photobucket.com/albums/aa164/psimek/?action=view&current=chickens001.jpg

They do look like the picture of the White Rocks. Now the comb would be different if they were Rhode Island Whites or a Leghorn, right? They are docile, but the roo took over the rest of the flock (4 Rhode Island Reds) right away.
One thing I thought of, because of the timing, was that maybe someone had gotten them as chicks for Easter & then didn't want them any more.
Thanks for all your help-the Chick Whisperer

That would be my guess as well, yours look a hair older than my white rocks. But I would have to say they look exactly like mine.

Looks like dinner! If they are Cornish X they aren't meant to get too old. They eat, poop and then meet their fate.
I am a mean old hen, but I wouldn't get attached to them. old
