Leghorns are great egg laying chickens. They are friendly to other Leghorns and can easily fly. The only problems is that they are bad in the pecking order and they can make a mess of the yard....

seem like a good breed, if i had the room i would probably raise a batch of them they seem like they would be a good 4h starter show bird...considering i dont see many of this breed in my class...

Fun fact: we shared an order of chicks with another family from MyPetChicken and we each got 2 EEs. I love EEs! I think the one on the right is Fatima, who we ended up keeping.

Name: Charlotte
Age: In the first around a week, in the second about 28 weeks, in the last.. well, that's an egg.
Fun fact: We rescued Charlotte from a freezing, disease-ridden feed store. Though older that our other chicks, she was PUNY. Turns out she had RSS. Now, though, she's big... but really dumb. Just to show how dumb she is: her egg is CREAMY WHITE!
