Perhaps a black breasted red American game hen?  Did the previous owner offer any input as to her breed?

She said an ameraucana, I am guessing she could be a mix of one or an easter egger however she is smaller than I would have thought she would be by now.

She is a Black Breasted Red Cubalaya. Her tail feathers are much too long to be any other breed.

I set fire to the rain! Watch it pour as I, touched your face. Well it burn while I cried, because I heard it screaming out your name. And I threw us into flames. I knew that was the last time, the last time...I set fire to the rain! -Adele
