I am new on this page, trying to figure this page out.. But i will try post this the right place. But thanks for your answer

He's likely still in shock. Keep him in a warm, quiet place. He should start eating again. Keep an eye out for infection. Chickens heal very fast so wounds should heal up quickly.
 
He'll get the red scar tissue very quickly like a few weeks. And by 4-6 months "depending on how deep" it should be fully healed.
