Black Ameraucana Hen or Rooster?

Aww, bummer! I hope your crooked beaked little one does well!

I feel like in general there may be a higher cockerel to pullet ratio in Ameraucanas for some reason. When I looked up video from Cackle Hatchery of their Black Ameraucana breeding stock, the ratio of roosters to hens was higher than I expected. Maybe that's why they only sell them straight run.

Where did you get your chicks from?
