24 hours externally pipped and no change

I have a broody sitting on 5 eggs.
Today is day 20. As of yesterday, 1 egg had externally pipped, 24 hours later it is still the same. 2 others have also externally pipped today but it's still early to worry about those. But I am getting concerned about the 1 that pipped 24 hours ago.
What should I do?

I was lucky to get a look in the nest yesterday when she briefly left the nest, and the same today. I am just leaving her to it.
