Araucana Hen Losing Blue in Her Legs

Hmm I've had a similar problem with one of my Amber links. You see their supposed to lay a brown egg but lately they have been more white but when i run them under water they will change to the original brown color but after they dry they'll go back to a lighter color
 
I just wanted to update everyone on my chickens.

A few weeks ago, the Araucana started laying blue eggs, and they're big. So nice.

But the New Plymouth, (I don't know her age, since we didn't get her as a chick), laid a dwarf egg. She hasn't laid in awhile. The last eggs she laid in the summer of 2016 had fragile shells.

How do you diagnose if she can't lay anymore eggs?

What kind of feed do people recommend for chickens? I think the stuff I have is probably poor quality too.
