Are you on mobile version of BYC? What part of uploading is not working? What steps are you taking to upload a pic?

Can you see the mountain and moon icon in your reply box? If so click on that.

Then select your pic from your device and click submit.

It maybe a glitch, try signing into BYC through your browser rather than the app. You could also switch to desktop version of BYC. You can do this by scrolling to the bottom of any page and clicking desktop :D

Are you on mobile or desktop version of BYC? You will need to be on desktop version to upload an avatar I believe. You can do this by scrolling down to the bottom of any page and clicking on desktop. Once there look at the top right hand corner for your profile, click on there then on your profile page you should see replace avatar under your current avatar pic.
