My two week old chick has severe splay leg. One is almost turned completely backward. How can I fix this or can I?

Welcome to BYC. Splay leg is usually evident at hatch. A leg bone deformity such as twisted leg, tibial dyschondronplasia, or tibial dyschondroplasia can be common in layer and broiler chickens, and make get worse as a chick grows. poultry vitamins and trace minerals could be helpful.
