Help! Droopy

I have an 18 week red sex link. This morning she was fine, but this evening I noticed she has a droopy tail and just stands in one spot. Her poop looks normal her eyes are bright she drank some water I gave her and ate some bread I threw to her. What could be wrong? I checked her for being egg bound but didn't feel anything. She hasn't started laying yet. Her comb and wattle are red still. Does anyone know what could be wrong?
 
My first thing is to check for mites around their vent when I find a chicken acting that way. An infestation of mites can cause them to stand around with a droopy tail. It would be a good idea to get her separated so you can get a good look at her droppings and see if she's eating and drinking well, too.

No mites in any of my girls. This morning she is acting like her normal self, but underneath where she roosts at night there was a broken rubber egg. Do you think that could have been the cause of her droopy tail?
 
Maybe? Hopefully it was just a one time event! Glad she's doing better today. Keep an eye on her to make sure she's not laying eggs like that frequently. If it happens often, it could be a sign that she's an internal layer (I think that's the correct term).
