. both good ideas to bad dog warden was not sure what exactly was considered abuse. Said it all depends on what state trooper shows up as to whether or not you are charged. I live in Nova Scotia so my rules are a little different. I don't think we can legally shoot a dog for any reason.
Unfortunately those would be considered animal cruelty. If you make up your mind to shoot, shoot to kill. I recomend a 12 guage shotgun and buck shot.
