Most of my chickens are pretty obvious, but there's five chickens that have got us arguing over whether they're a boy or a girl. They're about three or four months old. I hope someone can help identify them from these pictures, which are unfortunately a bit low in quality. If you need better ones, please let me know.
Chicken #1 is probably a cockerel, but I'd just like to make sure. It has some lovely metallic green tail feathers and bumps of what I assume to be spurs coming in.
Is Chicken #2 Bonnie or Clyde? Its comb and wattle are smaller than the ones belonging to the cockerels I know I have, but are bigger than the ones belonging to the pullets. This one is very small and cute, so I'm hoping it's a pullet.
I could only get a picture of Chicken #3's head because it stuck with the other chickens. I'm not sure about this one because its comb and wattle are just as confusing as Chicken #2's.
Here's Chicken #4!
Sorry about the quality of this one, but it's the best I could get. This one really confuses me because its comb is small, like a pullet's, but its wattle is larger. If this helps, it's black with some lovely deep reddish-brown feathers all over its body and metallic green tail feathers.
Thank you for taking the time to look at this pictures! Again, just ask if you need better ones.
