Spraddled legs?

I had a chick hatch late last night, and I believe it has spraddled legs.
One of its legs is spread out to the side, it can't stand and it's shuffling along on its bottom.
I tried taping the legs, but it kept falling on to its side, so I took it off.
Any help will be great fully appreciated.

Thank you for the link. I tried the elastic band mentioned on 1 of those posts and so far it seems ok. The chick is keeping the legs together better, but it's still not moving around hardly at all.
I am concerned as it is not attempting to eat and drink by itself, I am having to dip it's beak in the water to get it to drink and it is not eating at all.
I worry as I work 8 till 4, Monday to Friday so I am not around a good part of the day to put it to the water and food.
Any suggestions as to how to manage this situation?
