This egg was in with my broody and other eggs. 5 chicks have hatched and this one accidentally got a hole in it 2 days ago it bleed a little but stopped and mom and chicks all left it be until today. I walked in and they are all tearing the egg apart. So I took it and put it in the incubator and upped the humidity. I have it wrapped in a wet paper towel. At what point should I do anything else? It's breathing but not chirping.

Personally, I would leave it and see if it can make it the rest of the way out on its own. If it is too weak to finish, then it is probably not strong enough to survive. If you try to help and it is not yet ready to hatch, you risk more blood loss that I doubt it could recover from. You have done what you could. Now I suggest patience and let Mother Nature take charge.

Well I don't think it's going to make it. It was glued to itself so I unglued it as best I could without breaking the blood vessels or disturbing the unabsorbed yolk. Had the humidity up to 60 all day. Woke up and check on it and the humidity was down to 55! I added some water and will open it up tomorrow to see if it's still alive and if told is absorbed.

It didn't make it. That's a bummer. I am going to have to do more research as to what went wrong and how to prevent it again. I have another 10 eggs that are going to be put in to finish the hatch as the gen is no longer interested in keeping them under her.
