Depends on the age. Male Indian Ringnecks in this color get a red and black ring around their necks, while females do not - they get a faint green ring. The ring can start to appear around 17 months of age but can take up to three years. If this one is younger than that, the only best to sex it is to have it DNA tested or wait. DNA sexing is only $25 and it's fast and easy, you might just want to go that route if your bird isn't old enough to be sexed by the ring around the neck. I had it done for both my sun conure and my quaker.
