Chicken Quit walking. Need HELP!

I have two Barred Plymouth Rocks about 8.5 years old. One of them has developed a foot problem. She has limped around for quite awhile but now she will not walk on her left foot. I was wondering if anyone can help to figure out what is wrong and what I can do to help her get better. Appreciate help and info!!!!

Hi! Sorry about your hen! I just did this with my barred rock! Is there a scab of any kind near the buldge in her foot? Looks like bumble foot. My girl did not have the big black scab, but only a small, foot colored scab that I couldn't see until I had soaked and examined her foot. Once I found the scab, I lifted it and squeezed out the yuck. Not as much came out as I thought, but once it was empty, I coated it with tripple antibiotics and wrapped her foot. I kept her in a separate place so I could soak her foot and reward as needed. She healed pretty fast. There are several good bumble foot articles on here. Hope all goes well for you!
