Child At Heart, Monster By Nature (A Shape Shifting RP)

"If it makes you feel any better, I am too," Haley admitted quietly. She reached an arm out to the girl, giving her a gentle pat on the shoulder. "But we're in this together, okay? We got this."

(Just waiting for her to say 'til the end of the line' :D )
"Right," Amaryllis agreed, her pale face breaking out in a broad smile.

(I go to sleep and wake up to five posts to tead!!!)
"Fine, fine." Anuerin groaned, gripping a ledge of a stair to slow Ashton down. He stopped before fully standing, head spinning.
(I'm just wondering, but how does a frog girl have the strength to pull a full grown man  )
(Sure ;) )
Amaryllis gasped softly as something was heard behind her. Looking back revealed it had only been a rat scurrying past them. Amaryllis sighed with relief, realizing how she tense she was.

( One, she's not that small or weak, and two, Aneurin's not that bulky. I've seen his picture. Sooo :tongue Lol! ) (Now a question for you, how did Anuerin stop and get up so fast when his hands are still tied in front of him? ;) )
" Have you ever noticed everything about you is SO WHINY?! I used to look up to you Anuerin, but those days are long over. Now nut up or shut up! Save what little shred of dignity you have left and face your fate head on. You know, be accountable for your actions for once in your life. " Ashton said with conviction.

"Right," Amaryllis agreed, her pale face breaking out in a broad smile.
(What is that from? I recognize it!)

Haley couldn't help but smile as well. "Now, this way!" She said cheerfully, gently guiding Amaryllis to the left.

As soon as the men left, the woman grabbed the ten and shoved it into her pocket, considering it compensation for the unruly few minutes she had just lived. The hotel didn't pay her enough, in her humble opinion, and they would never know it was missing if they never saw it.

Dyrus and Vasper quietly, but quietly scaled the stairs to the second floor. The scanned the numbers upon the old weathered doors until the found 217. Vasper tested the lock and it turned easily. He then moved to push it open, only to hsve the chain on the dood stop it short. He growled and used his foot to kick it inward. They both rushed into the room and scanned it's contents. Part disappointed they were gone, but thrilled the hunt was still on.

Dyrus drew in a long breath and said, "It's only a couple hours old. We're close!"

Vasper nodded as he stood by the window. " Their exit strategy it appears. " He said with humor.

"Well come on! Go on little doggy, get out there and earn your kibble! I'll meet you down there." Dyrus said as he left out the front.
