As far as I know, only unborn babies go to heaven. Now, am I positive? No, not completely, but Romans... 9:11 talks about how "the children, being not yet born, neither having done any good or evil." Once a baby startsto understand things, and not just look around and sleep, they can and do sin, and since humans have an innate knowledge of what is wrong, he would go to hell if he died.

At what age would you consider it a baby and yet still sin? What if a 5 year old sinned, you believe God would send it to hell even though he did not understand he did something wrong or was not taught it was wrong?

if we disagree on a topic we should go to the Bible and show the verse or verses that pertain to the idea.

if the Bible does not cover the topic then we leave the choice to God.

Age of accountability is not in the Bible therefore God is in control and each person might/can/will have a different age.

My wife and I were talking to a "brother" that was over 30 years younger and the conversation still amazes us. He said that we are responsible for the light we are shown. I can't find that in the Bible word for word but the idea applies here.

James 1:5 NASB

But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all generously and without reproach, and it will be given to him.

I really like this verse

"But if I should be delayed, you should know how to behave in the household of God, which is the church of the living God, the pillar and foundation of truth."

(1 Timothy 3:15)

What's it mean?
Wealth is a nightmare. With each coveted thing we buy, we lose a thing we dream about.

Well, for me as a Catholic, it means I can also go to the Church when I need answers to questions that I can't find in the bible.

I believe that a young child would still go to Heaven... Why would God create a perfect, beautiful child in his image, and then send it to Hell if it dies early? I don't believe he would...

Before you judge someone, walk a mile in their shoes... That way, if they get mad, you're a mile away. AND you have their shoes.

Again, I believe that in this thread, as in all discussions re: God and his teaching, it's important to be able to back up what we say with scripture.  And even at that, it's essential that that scripture be presented in it's context.  To simply state a "I believe..." without any scripture to back it up is traveling down a slippery slope.  We are held accountable for those statements, and to lead an other person astray... God does not take that lightly.

Ephesians 2:10  For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand, that we should walk in them.

This one goes well with that..Matthew 7:7
Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you: 8 For every one that asketh receiveth; and he that seeketh. findeth; and to him that knocketh it shall be opened.

I have known adults who made a decision to follow Jesus at a very young age. I made that decision when I was 27 years old. The topic of what happens if we die before making that decision and where we end up is wrapped up in a knowledge that is incomplete. God has all the information and complete knowledge, we do not. My Daddy had hate in his eyes when visited by a Christian neighbor two months before my Dad died, did my Dad make a last minute decision to accept Jesus' message and sacrificial death, I will not know until I get to heaven. I do know Daddy spent a lot of time those last days staring up at the corner of the room, his eyes would no longer focus on the caregivers. He appeared to be listening and watching something.

I do know that if we do not read the Bible then our knowledge is not as complete as it can be. I did not read the Bible completely until I was over 50 years old. Now, each time I read it there is a different perspective because of the problems in my life at the time.
