A few nights ago, I noticed one of my chickens behaving oddly. She was holding her wings low and isolating herself from the group- she wouldn't go in the coop at night. I put some wormer in their water and she started acting normal again.

Tonight when I went to close the coop, she was the only one outside again. She's still holding her wings low, and her vent is dirty. Other than those things and isolating herself, she is acting normal. She's currently pecking at my sleeve and sitting on my foot. She's also chirping continuously.

I have corid, wormer, Antibiotics and vitamins and electrolytes, but I'm not sure what to do from here.

She also just had a watery brown poop. Her appetite is great.

Have you treated her for Coccidiosis before?
Which de-wormer did you give her?
What are you feeding and does she have a source of grit?

Some signs of cocci is weakness, diarrhea with mucus or blood, loss of balance and puffed up appearance. You may want to consider treating her for cocci.

Corid dosage is 1 1/2 teaspoons Corid powder per gallon or 2 teaspoons of 9.6% Corid liquid per gallon.
Give for 5-7 days - make sure this is the ONLY water available during that time period. Mix a fresh batch at least once a day.

After you finish treatment offer some poultry vitamins and probiotics/plain yogurt.
