Help! Really smart rats!

Lol .. just kidding, thanks for the good tip! We have only seen and caught two rats in the over 3.5 years we have had chickens but I will definitely try that if needed.

I placed one block under my duck house where they kept tunneling under (and no other pet could get to the block) and one block fenced off behind the coop where they were also burrowing. Is it safe to assume they are all gone?

I believe you're supposed to keep the bait out until no more is taken....keep your eye out for new tunnels/activity.
