Woke up to a hen with a bad limp today

Hello all, let my babies out today and noticed one of my hens (Sweety) has a very pronounced limp. I dont see any missing feathers or bites and my other 9 ducks seem fine as well. Could she have slept too long and got stiff? Maybe a warm bath for her after pen cleaning today....How long should I watch before this is a "take to the vet" issue? Any thoughts or suggestions appreciated.
 
Gave her a warm bath and couldnt find any wounds on feet or legs but looks like she might be starting to molt?
 
Last week one of my ducks started limping really bad. I freaked out but when I checked her I couldn't see any marks, cuts, no swelling...

Next day she was a lot better and day after, completely normal!
All that to say, ducks are very good at healing themselves. Hope yours is good by tomorrow!
 
@Bills vs Beaks- I will keep an eye on her today and tomorrow. She did seem a bit better after her warm bath. Thank you for your reply :)
 
It has been about a week now and she has not improved at all. I see her a lot keeping her foot up and then she just lays down. Even if she is in thr middle of doing something :( Any suggestions?
 
I have a Cayuga, a Khaki Campbell, and a runner Drake to my 7 hens. The Cayuga has been paired with one hen for almost a year and shows no interest in thr hens and have never seen him mate with this one either. He is not interested. The Khaki Campbell can be a bit aggressive at times but I havent seen him near her. He prefers 4 other hens. And the runner is very mild tempered and somehow has become the top ranking Drake it seems
 
She is a Silver Appleyard. Around a year old. She is extremely mild tempered (hence her name is Sweety). I havent seen that its swollen or warm to the touch. I will check her again today. I thought maybe the cold temps were slowing the healing and have been bringing herbin for warm baths to try to soothe it. I still cannot see any marks, tears...
