Peahen losing her balance while moving

I have a peahen that is obviously sick, she isn't active and not flying at all, so far she is in a normal weight or only lost few grams since three days when she got sick, i took a video but its already night so the video isn't really showing her symptoms properly, she move her head in a strange way that I'm worrying off.

Someone suggested she could lacking some vitamins and minerals, i just moved her last week from my house to the farm, could she got stressed?

New place she could have hit her head. Head trauma fits symptoms usually vitamins especially vitaminE and a calm place to recover.
