I did something wrong, even though it looked like humidity was fine. Another chick just died after turning in it's egg during zipping. I looked at the other one someone said looked to be zipping and it's membranes were white and dried out. The other chick is the same. I put on vaseline and put a wet paper towel around their opening without covering their beaks. The veins still have blood and the ones that died still had some yolk out. I've put warm wet clothes in there. I didn't open it at all until the first chick died and I only opened it for a second to take the chick out and put a warm, wet cloth in there. I don't know where I went wrong. Will they die if their beaks are sticking out and I keep them moist?
