Is my ovations glitching?

Hello, I have a question, I have looked at the ovation charts, and it says when you reach ''Headed for greatness'' you have 500 ovations. I only have 474 and it shows that I have been headed for greatness. Is something wrong, or do I not understand it correctly?

That's what I though when I first saw it, but look close, see the < symbol in front of the number? I think it means "less than", so you were headed for greatness when you reached 250.

When you reach 500 it will change to "is becoming a leading voice"
