I didn’t take it like DH did. And the DS didn’t care, he said he gets messages like that all the time. He’s on our board so he’s even been ou my fairly recently. The crazy thing is we were just thinking to ourselves how great everything looks right now after the nomads did so much work.

If the shot includes pain killers, maybe it will kick in soon... will the pain clinic have a problem with that?


What are you using to ice? 20 mins as a time is standard. Your hip has to get COLD for it to work.


If more than 20 mins it should be numb. Cold flax seed bag won't get it cold enough. One of those soft gel things to put in the freezer would be good.

Physical therapy, learning how to walk proper, ie with my butt muscles. To combat inflammation I had to get off the sugar.

There’s a work group here and Wednesday a lady emailed the DS (district superintendent, like a manager/boss for the methodist churches in southwest Louisiana district) and said she was heartbroken that the camp was so rundown. That the directors are not maintaining it and she doesn’t know if it will still be here in a few years. She said there was trash in a garbage can from last summer (how would she know??) and the pool was going to have to be drained and started from scratch (which is what we do every single year), there was macaroni on the stove top that had been there awhile, and that the directors were out of town “on holiday” and should’ve been here to greet them, also the director house is the first thing you see coming in the gate and it looks like a junkyard. Plus tons more, all total nonsense.

DH was livid. He told me we’ll clean up, but not until the group leaves. :lau All that to say the snake has also inspired me to clean up the porch a bit.

I was looking at pictures. Maybe the same problem for me... I just assumed arthritis, but I can press on the spot while I'm sitting here and hurts like the devil. Doesn't hurt much to walk, but I cannot lay on that side. Haven't been able to for 15 yrs.

all that you are doing was for the bursitis ? I never heard anyone mention sugar !:barnie
What I think, my bad foot causing me to walk wrong . opposite hip.
