Gluten free chocolate chip cookies would be like dairy free Ice cream....yum yum....
They're not bad, actually. Even non-GF acquaintances of mine love them. They're not even in the same ballpark as those dry and icky storebought GF cookies...
They aren't afraid to tell me something is gross either, believe me. The high fibre bread I use here got quite a few interesting comments.
Now, dairy-free ice cream... BLECH. No way that stuff can taste good.

Actually gluten free cookies aren't too bad.
Ssshh, you'll have them all hounding after my baking again.
Are you allergic to gluten or just choose not to eat it? One of my sisters is allergic to it.
