are those fecal float dispensers or containers worthwhile for at home attempts to read?en

well I got the box of 50 Fecal float containers and The Fecal Solution gallon sized container.
....according to a youtube video on Geikos ... not hard to use.... Now If I can get Hubby to help
Be nice to find a high school 4 H er member who specilized in chickens project to help do the fecals...
ah well

You can see it in a direct prep but much better if centrifuged (that's my job!). You can actually make your own solution with zinc sulphate and water. Just make sure specific gravity is about 1.18-1.22 that'll allow them to float. We make our own and I do floats on lots of animals including chickens

What sort of scope do you use?

what is a direct prep? I live in a small town. Zinc sulphate would have to be over the web ordered? that why I bought the fecal sol type solution .
ordered it over the web.
come on yall how many people own or want to buy a centrifuge. ????
esp with just a few chickens.... and want to get out of the chicken "thing"
and the few people I met who owns chicken would laugh if I asked if they want to worm their chickens much less a fecal or a necropsy.
.cause most are penned into runs....
which is a silly name cause most of the "runs" I have seen are pitiful. No room for a chicken to "REALLY RUN"
poo was all on the foor again this morning splattered on the poo tray and floor....for the one newer gal. so she must have same thing as Baby Girl
thanks all
