What sort of scope do you use?You can see it in a direct prep but much better if centrifuged (that's my job!). You can actually make your own solution with zinc sulphate and water. Just make sure specific gravity is about 1.18-1.22 that'll allow them to float. We make our own and I do floats on lots of animals including chickens
Fancy!We use the large ones I tend to use the Leica one as I prefer it. It's an older version of this, ours looks ancient compared to this. But it still works.
