Please help my 3 week chicks are eating each other

*update*
I checked the size of the brooder, temp, etc and can confirm it's all ok and should not be causing the problem, however i noticed a couple of individuals who were being particularly aggressive , I have taken them back to the breeder and she and I are both convinced they are Roos, since removing them the equilibrium has been restored. Hopefully this has fixed the problem. But at least now I'm aware!

Thanks yeah thats what I'm working on is making their brooder interesting, I have added some bird toys which they seem to like, some more perches, and scattering food, they also go out for dust paths on warm days! I honestly can't wait for them to go into the big coop!
