Been reading various topics for awhile now trying to learn a little about my new chicken hobby. It's been very helpful and at times entertaining too. I'm starting small so I don't get overwhelmed with issues.
I'm currently keeping it small and simple with 4 girls for pets and eggs. I have 1 White Americauna, 1 White Silkie and 2 Gold Laced Orpingtons. None are old enough to lay yet (all are between 3-5 months old) and so far are quite the comical bunch!
Looking forward to reading and learning whatever I can. Thanks for adding me to the group.
