I have one hen that is getting picked on and excluded. Even my rooster was pecking at her and drew blood on her comb. She has one eye that is different, like a very tiny pupil. I am wondering if that is why and if I need to just rehome or stew her if they will never accept her.

The pecking order can be rough. Are her accommodations such that she can escape when she's getting picked on. If so I would keep her around. If not and it's turned her into a skittish neurotic mess, I'd make other plans for her.

How old is your hen? Does she lay for you? How long has the picking been going on?

@redsoxs has good suggestions. The pecking order can be very brutal.

Even cannibalistic.

Coop is 13 x 10, yard is 50 x 40, and I've tried to provide some hiding places. She is skittish and timid. She just started laying. Right now she is separated from the rest of the flock to give her some peace and maybe get her to trust me. She runs from everyone and everything. I noticed today when I offered her treats that she turns her good eye to my hand before taking it, so I'm thinking her funny eye must have poor vision. I'm thinking of giving her some time then try to reintroduce her, or just let her live on the other side of the barn and join the flock if she wants to?

How many birds total?
Pics of your coop and run might help us help yo figure out a solution.

Re-integrating a single bird back into the flock can be very difficult as she's out numbered.
You might try introducing a more docile bird from the flock in with the injured one,
then 1-2-3 more to form a group...then integrate the 2 groups back together again.
