What country are you in?
The best thing to do is to take a bird to a poultry lab for a necropsy. That will be the only way to know for sure what is ailing them and what is the correct course of action.

You can try homeopathic things like garlic but it isn't a cure all. If if you don't know what disease they have, you may just be prolonging your problem.
You have several poultry labs around the country.

You can send a freshly dead bird or better yet is to send a live bird with the same symptoms for humane euthanasia and necropsy.
