Thing is, nothing you feed her will "trigger" her to lay eggs.
This time of year, depending on the breed of the hen and her age, you may be out of luck for eggs until spring. I've found it's about 50/50 for my late summer broody hens to resume laying for the winter. My higher production bred birds will lay better, my ornamentals just take a break until spring. Your bird looks like maybe a game hen? I can't see from the pic very well. they're not production bred birds, so you may be in for a wait.
