So I have my first chicken ailment and I'm not entirely sure what to do.
Here are some photos of my hen. Her eye appears swollen and she can only open it part way. It appears that there's discharge coming from it by the presence of the matted feathers below. Her other eye looks relatively normal if a bit red and doesn't appear to have any discharge. She seems kinda down in the dumps and just sits in the stance shown in the photo.
She is laying age but I'm not sure how old as I got her from someone back in May and she was laying when I got her. I'm guessing she's at least a year and a half old as she is molting.
I've separated her from the others and started her on the Rooster Booster vitamins, electrolytes and probiotics. What should I do for her?
