I believe that a boost of Vitamins can help with Wry Neck symptoms, but that's only if it's caused by a deficiency.
I'm not sure what to make of it, but the sudden appearance of the eye injury coupled with what I'm seeing really lends itself to a trauma injury. Either that or it's something like Marek's or a neurological illness.
I hope someone is able to give you more assistance. Honestly, I might consider putting her down. Quality of life is something to be considered, I feel. Ultimately, only you can make the best decision for your mama.
