Does anyone here raise or know someone who raises either of these two breeds ? I'd like to get some ASAP.

Unfortunately , in the US. Beautiful birds, though. I did locate some Russian Tumblers which will be shipped to me mid week.
 
try purebred pigeon or facebook theres site for old classic frills is what you want breeders listed I know in tenn. there a lady that raises some good ones sandy oeschlegel [email protected]
 
I'm already a member of that and a few other pigeon groups. I did find some Russian Tumblers which should arrive today.
