Since your pullet just laid her first egg, could it be that your entire problem might be an impacted crop?  Once, one of my pullets had some watery greenish poop, that looked just like that.  I think I lucked out because it went away pretty soon & I didn't have to deal with it.  I now think she had an impacted crop & that it cleared on its own.  If something, like a long strand of grass, is blocking the crop to the point that only some watery poop can make it through, I would think this could cause the problem.   I understand that it takes 24 to 27 hours for a chicken to produce another egg, so are you sure there actually is another egg at this point or could it be swelling from the ordeal with the egg she laid?

Hey, thanks for the suggestion. It's definitely something to consider. I pretty sure that there's another egg because I felt it. (On the inside)
 
How to Check for a Stuck Egg

Put on a glove and water based lube and very gently insert you finger in the vent. If an egg is there you will feel it at about an inch in. Here are some pictures to help you visualize where the egg should be:



If you find a stuck egg and the hen is still pooping, tube warmed fluids at 10 ml per pound, wait 60-90 minutes, then tube more fluids and give calcium gluconate at 50mg per pound. Place hen in a steam filled bathroom and let the fluids and calcium do their magic.

Do not give oral fluids if the bird cannot poop!
 
OK. So she's emptied her crop. Her poops go back and forth between watery and solid. But her tail is up and she's eating and drinking. Back with her friends, she seems happier.

My chicken is egg bound. I think I probably lost my chance at lubricating the egg because the egg slipped back up and a red type blob is protruding from her vent. I tried steam and now she is resting in my kitchen. Will she die?
 
She may have a prolapse with egg binding. You will need to give her some calcium (human calcium, Tums, ground egg shell in yogurt) and make sure that she is taking fluids. Try to move the egg toward the vent opening to get it out. Keep the prolapsed red tissue moist with honey, oil, or lubricant so the tissue does not dry and die. Some hens will die from this, but here are some links to read to help you:
