I'm with you on that...and gravy on rice! Slightly off-topic, but have you had locomoco? It's part of the "local food" culture in Hawaii: a burger patty on hot rice with a fried egg (yolk should still be runny) smothered in brown gravy. Add some macaroni salad and a side of kimchi and you have incredibly tasty comfort food.
Back to rabbit: also made rabbit nachos yesterday...and it was great! I doubt anyone would even guess the seasoned white meat on there was rabbit. lol
