sick chicken recomedation

my chicken has similar issues except the runny nose, her poop is yellowish kind of running sticking to her back end feathers with one eye with dried boogers and feels skinny, but no runny nose at all can any one help/

I'm confused , can you type that again fpr me
One of My 2 golden laced wyandotte we got in November is still sneezing on and off. They are still separate from rest of flock. What do I do? She's laying every day or two, nice thick eggs. Drinking the layer boost water (electrolytes). So I just redo the drops on her comb and beak as I did before? It was kind of like chicken vapor rub.
