I started with 9 duck eggs. One wasn't fertile and one was a quitter, so 7 eggs made it to lockdown.

I had two die in lockdown. I opened the eggs that died and it was obvious that a lot of yolk was left, so I'm not sure what went wrong with those two. They were alive prior to lockdown and one internally pipped.

The five remaining eggs hatched, but only four made it. I had a baby with wry neck. I treated it with vitamin E and vitamins, but it went down hill to the point of no longer opening its eyes and I made the decision to put it down last night.

In the end, we have four healthy, happy, ducklings...busy making water messes and eating and drinking.

We have one full-blooded Cayuga and three Khaki/Cayuga hybrids.

How do i sex them at hatch i would love to know hen/rooster ratio as they all look alike but one

Males are barred - indicated by a white spot on the head - and females are not.

However, something a lot of people are unaware of is that Black Stars - also known as Black Sex Links - are only sex linked for the first generation. I'm thinking from what you said of where you got the eggs that it's possible they are second generation sex links, in which case you won't be able to sex them at this point. Could you post pictures of your chicks?
