Ok folks here's another we can't decide what breed we know he is a maran but what type

I'd have to agree, He certainly looks to be a Blue Wheaten Maran :) Though, that is no pea comb- That is a Standard Straight single comb.

and agree close up full profile picture without wires so that head, feet, full body, comb, wattles, can be easily seen would be very helpful.

People are looking for shank color, leg feathering, beak/face color, eye color, general conformation as well as color pattern of the bird (chest, wings, back, tail, hackles, etc).

If you want confident assessment for the actual color type of an actual breed, that is the kind of photos you need.
