2 full days since my 12 week old pullet exhibiting signs of sickness. I have isolated her and am offering her plain yogurt, boiled and minced egg yolks, apple sauce, a little bit of canned fish cat food as well as her grower crumbles. She has had water w/dissolved electrolyte/vitamin powder (yesterday) and water w/apple cider vinegar added (today)
-Still eating and drinking though non-vigorously
-In general no vigor/slow motion
Very slow and tentative movement. She does walk around but very slow and carefully
-The one time (over the past 2 days) that she did try to move quickly she stumbled
Unsure footing
Flares wings & Wags tail feathers often to rebalance (I think) when walking
-No signs of respiratory illness
No rasp, no fluids near nose or eyes
-Crop seems to have unloaded overnite although it wasn't extremely full
-Initially upon getting up this morning she seemed obsessed w/ her left foot

-Feathering fairly full at this time but still slightly rough
Is losing occasional small feathers but not major
-No visible signs of mites or fleas
-No visible signs of worms in poop
Appearance alone she seems fine
Behaviorally, not right.
I'm baffled by this. Any thoughts/advice would be greatly appreciated?

You might try giving her some grit or fine play sand to help grind up the food in her craw. Also might try adding some electrolytes to her water to help give her some strength. I would stop the applesauce.

Welcome to BYC.

What does her poop look like?
Any photos/video?
Any obvious injury/wound to the foot that she was obsessed with (look at the bottom too).
Any swelling, redness/discoloration of the joints, hocks of the legs/feet?
Was she vaccinated for Marek's?

Some things that come to mind are Cocci, nutritional/vitamin deficiency or Marek's.

Cocci can cause weakness, not eating, diarrhea with mucus or blood, loss of balance, and puffing up(huddling) and is treated with Corid in the water for 5 days.
Corid dosage is 1 1/2 teaspoons Corid powder per gallon or 2 teaspoons of 9.6% Corid liquid per gallon
Give for 5-7 days - make sure this is the ONLY water available during that time period. Mix a fresh batch at least once a day.
After you finish treatment offer some poultry vitamins and probiotics/plain yogurt.

Vitamin/nutritional deficiency could be B2(riboflavin) if you don't treat for Cocci, then add some poultry vitamins to her water.

She is around the right age for symptoms of Marek's to appear. Some symptoms include loss of balance/motor control in one or both legs, going off feed, weight loss (more info in links below).

Let us know how she's doing.
