Any advice please on caring for hens in winter when working full time?

AI is a real pain and a big learning curve for me as I only got my first chickens in May. However, getting inventive and trying my best to separate food and water from wild birds. Jackie broody again so she spent the weekend in the house and is now being restricted to a run whilst I'm at work-on her own with lots of food and water.

Yeah! Bring on the sun!!!
