So, our duck, chicken, and peafowl eggs have been in the incubator
since 12/4/16. I came up with ideas of days when they will hatch. So, the ideas are from 12/21 to 12/29. We are so excited, but a little sad. We are going to butcher some of the chickens and ducks. We have 36 chickens, 16 ducks, and 4 peafowl (we will not butcher the peafowl, we will keep 2 eggs and sell the rest). Two of our peahens are dying. Both 15 yrs. and rehomed to us. they are sick. We got 21 chicken eggs, 17 duck eggs and 8 peafowl eggs. We are sure some won't make it. But, in February we will than butcher.
We love our birds, but they are populating and we told people we
would sell them meat.
