My Rooster, Faramir, has gotten a wierd, orange,crusty, something on the ends of his comb. The brown on his comb is dirt. But, can anyone help me with the orange? Is it Frostbite? Is it fungus?

How cold is it where you live now? My guess is that it is frostbite, especially if the temps are a bit below freezing at night. I normally don't see it unless the temps are below 10 degrees F. Sometimes you will see swelling as well at first. Favus is usually white and can affect the whole comb and face. Injuries such as from pecking and rubbing against fencing, can look black and then brownish or gray as they heal.
