Aggressive female

My female duck has become aggressive she has never been this way since I have hand raised her what could have made her hiss and growl and bite all of a sudden I know drakes can be like this but I have no idea why she has got this way any idea are appreciated she is coming up 2years she can be nippy when moulting like she is doing know but this is much worse than normal. Thank you
 
She lives with 2 other ducks, and a hen I have not long introduced and new duck to the flock all girls they have a nice sized run veg and there is 3 drinkers and there pool they have two coops. I think it's where I've introduced a new duck that I hand raised from hatching

I am confused........

Does she bite you or the other Ducks.....Please explain better.......
