I have 9 silky eggs that I tryed to incubate I thought I did everything by the book, but none of them hatched. could it be the hen is to young. any info from anyone is great. incubator was set on book heat and humidity,28 days is a long time and then nothing happens.

What was the temperature and humidity?
Did you candle the eggs during the incubation period?
How often did you turn the eggs?
Did you start turning after 24 hours and stop turning at the end of day 18?
Last question is did you turn up the humidity from day 19?
Was there any major temperature drops or rises during incubation?

Did you buy the eggs off someone or are they your eggs?
if you bought the eggs and we find that you did everything perfectly,
Then you can ask for a refund, If you did do something wrong then you can't get any money back
as it was a personal mistake.
