Sick Hen please help not sure what's wrong

so have this Hen, she is less then a year old. I've noticed that the last 3 days she just stays on her post in the coop, she's not eating, laying or chatting it up with the other Hen's. Her eyes are always closed. I have no idea what is wrong with her, but for sure she is not acting normal. Please advise....

 
No it's not snow the wall in the background is white, I'm in Brasil and it's summer here we are in the 80s today. I have 7 Redsex-links they eat table food scraps and pellets that I bought at the local Feed supply that are for laying Hens in the mornings and I let the free range in the afternoons. Food scraps are usually Veggies, fruits, rice, beans mostly organic stuff we don't end up eating, no meat or dairy products as we don't consume those as well.

Any ideas what is wrong? should I separate her from the others

Possibly a bit dehydrated.....?

Cut out all the Scraps/treats..........Only feed the Birds the Chicken feed....Free range as usual......Water is the most important thing to Chickens.......When diet is not balanced they can become ill.......
