Is this normal? I noticed she was hanging kind of low... maybe I've just never noticed it before? I don't know. I figured I would ask, just to be on the safe side.

Not that unusual - it's good to keep an eye on them, you are correct.  Because ducks will hide illness till it's too late, sometimes.

Sieben really scared me one day, her tummy looked really really full, and she just stood and stared off into the distance, then she started doing something with her neck that made me wonder if she was going to vomit . . . I watched, and watched.  Eventually she wandered over to the flock and sat down.  Over the next several hours, her behavior seemed normal and by the next day, the puffy tummy was back to normal, no funny neck movements . . . I think sometimes things get a little out of whack.

Ducks that are laying do seem to get a little thick in the undercarriage sometimes, seems to me.  Maybe that's what you are seeing.  Just watch - and look for any other signs of trouble, but likely she is just fine.

Please PM me, or use @Amiga in the message if you would like to hear from me soon.

Thank you! She is laying daily, & I figured it had something to do with that!-- I'm also fairly new to the ducklife, so I'm still learning about everything... but I have turned into a crazy duck mom! No doubt! Lol. Like I said the whole bumblefoot thing started a thing with me! I'm still trying to get rid of it- completely w/out surgery! Which as I'm sure you know is a process! I'm terrified of infection. That is my babygirl!!

Flossy is limping, can't put any weight on her right foot. I've tried to see if something was in it & I've doctored it like crazy... trying to prevent bumblefoot...again. Also Felix has a few spots on his feet I didn't know about.. what do I do? Antibiotics?
