HELP!! One of my ducklings has attached to one side of egg

I have 9 Mallards incubation I have religiously turned the eggs several times a day, today is day 15 and I candled last night checking progress
All babies look perfect except 1 he's moving and growing but not taking up the entire egg like the others, has alot of clear yolk behind him :(
Idk what this means or what to do. Please someone help

Trust me it's alive and moving like crazy!! Just not moving around in the egg like the others , I will post a picture so those who respond can see what I see.

Here's a picture I took when I candled the egg just now, do you have any advice?
 
If it doesn't smell of rot just try continue incubating the egg maybe it will hatch anyways. Try and send some private message to the experts of the site ('golden feather' users and such) like 1muttsfan this user seems to be very helpful and always online answering question.
 
Looks like the vein network might not have fully formed? Nothing you can do but keep turning them all and see if it hatches or not with the rest...

Btw, that air cell looks a little small to me for day 15 mallards... or is it just the angle? If the others are that size as well, I would check your humidity levels... what humidity have you been keeping them at? Also, are you misting or sponging the eggs?

All the air cells are small and the humidity is where it is supposed to be (I think) I made a wet bulb but have no idea how to read it, I am misting them every day when I turn them for added measure. I'm sure I'm doing this all wrong.

Wet bulb is a pain and not used much anymore... if you can, go to a pet store and pick up a cheap hygrometer in the reptile section... you need to know where that humidity is at...

Mist no more than once per day and make sure there isn't excessive water building up under the eggs in the tray...

Once you get an accurate humidity % I can help you more... :)

Hatch day is in 7 days and with it being Christmas weekend I don't think I would be able to find what I need :( I'm kind of stuck in isolation right now because of treatment so I don't know what else to do but hope for the Best
This is my first time incubating eggs

Oh, ugh! :/

Well, do you have any water in the bator? If you do, I'd remove it all and run the bator dry...
