These are a very beautiful yet uncommon variety of the Leghorn family. These birds run a little smaller than other color varieties of Leghorns. I have a blue rooster covering black and blue hens. This breeding group will produce a variety of chicks following blue/black/splash genetics rules, that is you'll get some of each color.

This autosexing breed lays abundant quantities of large white eggs. Know what genders your chicks are as soon as they hatch. Males generally have lighter color down with blond on the backs of their head, while pullets are generally darker with no blond down. I purchased my flock as day old chicks directly from Greenfire Farms last Fall. At only seven months old, my pullets are consistently laying eggs that are 50 grams or more, and I regularly get eggs that are 65+ grams.
I do not wash hatching eggs. Some eggs may have some dirt tracked on them. Eggs will be bubble wrapped and double boxed. Orders are shipped in the order in which they are paid. At this time I am not accepting requests for specific ship date. Eggs will be shipped as soon as they are available. Please keep in mind that chickens are not factories. The hens can stop laying at any time for any number of reasons. Orders are shipped via USPS Priority. I am not responsible for eggs once they leave my hands, nor can I guarantee hatch rate due to the many factors beyond my control
My flocks have been tested and certified Pullorum/Typhoid free and Avian Influenza clean by the state of Missouri.
